The short version

I spent 10 years in finance at JPMorgan, then left to build my own companies. I founded a fintech company and sold it. I started a supply chain business that I still run today. Along the way, I've advised companies across dental, construction, skincare, beauty, retail, and tech.

Now I work with small and medium-sized businesses in the tri-state area who want a second set of eyes on their business—someone who's actually been in the trenches.

What I actually do

I look at three things:

I work on a success basis. Whether its growing your top line, cutting costs or generating new leads, I only get compensated if I succeed in meeting the goals that we set together for your business.

Why I do this

Running a small business is hard. You're the CEO, the CFO, the head of sales, and the person who fixes the printer. You don't have time to read about "growth hacking" or "digital transformation." You need someone who can sit down, listen and figure out what changes make good sense.

That's what I offer: practical advice from someone who's built businesses, not just studied them.

Industries I've worked with

My clients come from all over, but I've spent the most time in:

That said, the fundamentals of running a profitable business are the same whether you're selling crowns or kitchen cabinets. If you're doing $500K to $5M in revenue and feel like you should be doing better, we should talk.

Let's figure out what's possible

No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation about your business and where I might be able to help.
